Recognition Criteria
To qualify for public recognition in the Security Hall of Fame:
- Adherence to Policy: The research must strictly comply with the Vulnerability Disclosure Policy, including safe harbor rules and coordinated disclosure timelines.
- Novelty: You must be the first researcher to report the specific vulnerability. Duplicate reports for known issues will not be eligible.
- Severity & Impact: The finding must represent a genuine, actionable security risk. Low-impact informational findings, scanner outputs lacking PoCs, and out-of-scope issues (such as missing optional email headers or automated rate-limiting complaints) are not eligible.
- Professionalism: You must maintain confidentiality until the remediation is deployed and verified.
